abstract = {The concept of limit is discussed in this article reviewing some historical examples, serve as a reference architecture, to discover its importance in contemporary architecture. The temples of Paestum, the Temple of Hera, the colonnade of St. Peter's Square in Rome, designed by Gian Lorenzo Bernini, the home of Dr. Curruchet in La Plata (Argentina) and Paris Refuge la Cité projected both by Le Corbusier are examples that serve to discuss this concept. Finally, the article also discusses various works of MM-architecture studio, which is led by architect article's author, Miguel Martinez-Monedero.},
