abstract = {Tras la consolidación del constitucionalismo social, puede afirmarse el rango constitucional de los derechos sociales que queda fuera de toda duda, de modo que participa del estatus de los derechos fundamentales en tanto que se caracterizan por ser irrenunciables, inalienables, indisponibles, intransmisible e inviolables. En el ámbito
