abstract = {Este libro constituye un recurso educativo en acceso abierto diseñado para la asignatura de Estadística del Grado en Relaciones Laborales y Recursos Humanos de la Universidad de Granada. La obra se presenta como un compendio sistemático de ejercicios fundamentales resueltos con detalle, orientado a favorecer el aprendizaje activo y la aplicación de métodos cuantitativos al ámbito laboral. El contenido se organiza en seis módulos temáticos que abarcan los principales bloques de la disciplina, desde la estadística descriptiva y la regresión lineal hasta la inferencia estadística y el análisis demográfico. Los ejercicios propuestos conectan los fundamentos teóricos con contextos reales, como el análisis del mercado de trabajo, la dinámica demográfica y la retención laboral. El material ha sido objeto de revisión académica en el seno del Departamento de Estadística e Investigación Operativa de la Universidad de Granada y se ofrece como apoyo a la docencia universitaria en el ámbito de las relaciones laborales y recursos humanos.},
abstract = {This book constitutes an open access educational resource designed for the Statistics course of the Degree in Labor Relations and Human Resource Management at the University of Granada. The work is structured as a systematic compendium of fundamental solved exercises presented in detail, aimed at promoting active learning and the autonomous development of competencies in the application of quantitative methods in labor-related contexts. The content is progressively organized into six thematic modules covering the main areas of the discipline, from descriptive statistics and linear regression to statistical inference and demographic analysis. Its design responds to an explicit teaching purpose, in alignment with the competencies and learning outcomes established in the official syllabus of the degree program. The scientific quality and pedagogical suitability of the content have been reviewed by academic staff from the Department of Statistics and Operations Research at the University of Granada. The resource is published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license, ensuring open access as well as unrestricted reuse and distribution, in accordance with the principles of open science. With an applied approach, the proposed exercises connect the theoretical foundations of statistics with real-world contexts, including labor market analysis, demographic dynamics, and labor retention, establishing the work as a relevant teaching resource for higher education in the field of Labor Relations and Human Resource Management.},
