abstract = {Publicado en 2012, Los dueños del mundo es el quinto libro de relatos del escritor argentino
Eduardo Sacheri. En él, y como advierte desde el prólogo titulado “Casi la verdad”, el autor narra
diversas anécdotas de su infancia, desde las peleas por ocupar la mejor cancha de fútbol, hasta los
juegos inventados en descampados con amigos. Los relatos de Sacheri, además, contienen referencias
geográficas concretas, que permiten enmarcar las distintas historias, no solo en la localidad
de Castelar –donde el autor ha declarado vivir desde siempre en diversas entrevistas–, sino
en calles y plazas concretas. El objetivo de este artículo, por lo tanto, es analizar las diferentes
referencias geográficas y su relación con los contenidos del libro para desentrañar de qué manera
el paisaje del barrio configura el tejido emocional de sus recuerdos.},
abstract = {Published in 2012, Los dueños del mundo is the fifth collection of short stories by the Argentinian
writer Eduardo Sacheri. As he warns in the prologue titled 0 “Casi la verdad”, the stories contain
various anecdotes from his childhood, from the fights to occupy the best soccer field, to the invented
games in open fields with friends. Sacheri's stories also contain specific geographical references,
which allow the different tales to be framed, not only in the town of Castelar –where the
author has declared in several interviews to have always lived in– but in specific streets and
squares. Therefore, the objective of this article is to analyze the different geographical references
and their relationship with the contents of the book in order to unravel how the landscape of the
neighborhood shapes the emotional fabric of its memories.},
