abstract = {Presentamos aquí por primera vez una traducción íntegra al español de la "Retórica" de Marciano Capela (concretamente, el libro V de su abigarrada Enciclopedia). Hemos procurado en todo momento adaptar al español la terminología retórica latina, desde un punto de vista lingüístico, y de acuerdo con el principio de "equivalencia dinámica"; entendemos por equivalencia dinámica hallar la expresión española capaz de despertar asociaciones mentales semejantes a las del término técnico latino. Ocasionalmente, hemos incorporado en nota los comentarios a este tratado técnico latino del escritor medieval Remigio de Auxerre.},
abstract = {We present here for the first time, as far as we know, a whole translation of Martianus Capella's "Rhetoric" (the fifth book of his variegated Encyclopaedia) into Spanish. We have always tried to make suitable for Spanish the Latin rhetorical technicality from a linguistic point of view and according tho the principle of "dynamic equivalence"; by dynamic equivalence we mean to find the Spanish expression that rises up similar mental associations to the Latin technical term. Sometimes we have added in the footnotes the comments to his rhetorical treatise in words of mediaeval writer Remigius Autissiodorensis.},
