This phenomenon is characterized by high levels of joblessness and extreme labor precariousness, which hinders individuals from achieving economic emancipation and planning vital life milestones like starting a family.
The text defines work not just as a source of income, but as a fundamental tool for social integration. Consequently, unemployment is directly linked to social exclusion.
