abstract = {Resumen: La investigación-acción participativa (IAP) se consolida como un enfoque crítico para comprender y transformar prácticas educativas y comunitarias desde la experiencia de quienes las viven, superando miradas externas y tecnocráticas. El modelo se estructura en una espiral autorreflexiva que articula planificación, acción, observación y reflexión, retomando aportes de Lewin, Kemmis, Elliott y Whitehead. La participación horizontal de docentes, estudiantes y comunidades permite construir significados compartidos y tomar decisiones situadas. La IAP posibilita identificar sentidos internos de la práctica, generar un lenguaje común, transformar acciones en tiempo real, consolidar comunidades de práctica y corregir prácticas injustas o excluyentes en contextos escolares y comunitarios. El profesor produce datos, y representa su IAP como proceso de aprendizaje colectivo y transformación sostenida, fortaleciendo la equidad, la inclusión y la agencia de los actores involucrados a través de un diagrama visual.
Abstract: Participatory action research (PAR) is consolidating itself as a critical approach to understanding and transforming educational and community practices from the lived experience of those who live them, moving beyond external and technocratic perspectives. The model is structured as a self-reflective spiral that articulates planning, action, observation, and reflection, drawing on the contributions of Lewin, Kemmis, Elliott, and Whitehead. The horizontal participation of teachers, students, and communities allows for the construction of shared meanings and situated decision-making. PAR makes it possible to identify the internal meanings of practice, generate a common language, transform actions in real time, consolidate communities of practice, and correct unjust or exclusionary practices in school and community contexts. The teacher produces data and represents their PAR as a process of collective learning and sustained transformation, strengthening equity, inclusion, and the agency of the actors involved through a visual diagram.},
