abstract = {Bajo la signatura 0457, se conserva en el Archivo Histórico de la Comunidad Hebraica de Pisa (Italia) un mamotreto de Atti Civili del Kahal Kadós (en hebreo, ‘comunidad santa’), compuesto por 1079 folios manuscritos, escritos en español, italiano, portugués y hebreo. Se trata de un volumen facticio, que conserva 79 expedientes fechados entre 1660 y 1691, que dan cuenta de los usos, costumbres y pleitos legales de dicha comunidad. Este estudio considerará solo aquellos textos escritos en español, siendo el principal objetivo analizar la influencia que tiene en las tradiciones discursivas el propio estilo personal de los diferentes escribas que componen los textos estudiados. Durante las poco más de tres décadas recogidas en el volumen facticio, se aprecia el relevo en las figuras de canciller y vicecanciller en la comunidad, por lo que se analiza la impronta lingüística de las diversas manos autoras de los textos del mamotreto.},
abstract = {Catalogued as 0457, a volume of Atti Civili from the Kahal Kadosh (Hebrew for ‘holy community’) is preserved in the Historical Archive of the Jewish Community of Pisa (­Italy). This manuscript consists of 1,079 handwritten folios in Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, and Hebrew. It is a volume of miscellaneous documents that contains 79 case files dated between 1660 and 1691, documenting the customs, practices, and legal disputes of this community. This study focuses on the texts written in Spanish, aiming to analyse how the personal style of different scribes influenced the discursive traditions. Over the three decades covered in this volume of miscellaneous, various chancellors and vice-chancellors succeeded one another in the community, allowing for an examination of the linguistic imprint left by the different scribes who contributed to the manuscript.},
