In virtual events, it is now easier to monitor participation and get feedback through online surveys. However, in in-person events and crowded contexts, there is no technological solution to gather attendees’ opinions on a given event. This is why we are presenting a flexible online linguistic Decision Support System based on a Citizen Crowd Decision Making model, which can be used in a wide range of scenarios. It is powered by a mobile application to collect citizen feedback and a web environment that publicizes the event and generates attendee evaluation reports. DIME+ is a Decision Support System and is intended for the organizers of outreach events, especially Citizen Science events.}, organization = {Grant PID2020-119478GB-I00 funded by MCIN/AEI/10.13039/501100011033}, organization = {Qualifica Program/Junta de Andalucía-Consejería de Universidad Investigación e Innovación, project QUAL21-14}, organization = {FEDER 2021-2027/Junta de Andalucía, Consejería de Universidad Investigación e Innovación, project C-EXP153-UGR23}, publisher = {Elsevier}, keywords = {Outreach event evaluation}, keywords = {Citizen decision making}, keywords = {Importance levels}, keywords = {Sentiment opinion}, keywords = {2-tuple hesitant}, keywords = {Online decision support system}, title = {On-line linguistic decision support system based on citizen crowd decision making}, doi = {10.1016/j.inffus.2024.102416}, author = {Durán, Jerónimo and Roldán López de Hierro, Antonio Francisco and Herrera Triguero, Francisco and Montes, Rosana}, }
