abstract = {El objetivo principal de este trabajo es realizar un análisis detallado y una comparación
exhaustiva de diversas herramientas tecnológicas utilizadas en la gestión de proyectos.
Mediante este estudio, se busca identificar las diferencias más significativas entre ellas,
analizando en profundidad sus características, funcionalidades y carencias. Además, se
buscará explorar cómo se aplican las metodologías y buenas prácticas de gestión de
proyectos, como las establecidas por PMI y el manifiesto Agile, en cada una de estas
herramientas.
Para lograr este objetivo, se presentarán definiciones sobre gestión de proyectos,
metodologías de trabajo y su evolución dando lugar a la búsqueda y selección de las
herramientas a ser evaluadas Este análisis bibliográfico permitirá comprender el panorama
actual de las herramientas de gestión de proyectos.
Además, se procederá a la definición y realización del mismo caso práctico en cada una
de las herramientas analizadas. Este caso práctico, se centrarán en el diseño y desarrollo
de un chatbots, esto ayudara a adquirir una visión más concreta y consistente de las
potencialidades que ofrecen las herramientas en situaciones reales.
En el análisis de las herramientas, se hará en base a tópicos definidos que consideran
aspectos como la usabilidad, integraciones con otras herramientas, costos y el
cumplimiento de las pautas establecidas por PMI y el manifiesto Agile.
Finalmente, se presentarán las conclusiones alcanzadas tras el análisis exhaustivo de todas
las herramientas. Es propósito de este estudio no busca como objetivo determinar cuál es
la mejor o la peor herramienta, sino más bien constatar las potencialidades y diferencias
que posee cada una de ellas.},
abstract = {The main objective of this work is to conduct a detailed analysis and comprehensive
comparison of various technological tools used in project management. Through this
study, we aim to identify the most significant differences among these tools by deeply
analyzing their characteristics, functionalities, and shortcomings. Additionally, we seek
to explore how project management methodologies and best practices, such as those
established by PMI and the Agile Manifesto, are applied in each of these tools.
To achieve this objective, we will provide definitions of project management, work
methodologies, and their evolution, leading to the search and selection of tools for
evaluation. This bibliographic analysis will help us understand the current landscape of
project management tools.
Furthermore, we will define and carry out the same practical case in each of the analyzed
tools. This practical case will focus on the design and development of a chatbot, which
will provide a more concrete and consistent understanding of the potential offered by the
tools in real-life situations.
In the analysis of the tools, we will consider predefined topics that consider aspects such
as usability, integration with other tools, costs, and compliance with the guidelines
established by PMI and the Agile Manifesto.
Finally, we will present the conclusions reached after the exhaustive analysis of all the
tools. The purpose of this study is not to determine the best or worst tool, but rather to
confirm the potentials and differences that each of them possesses.},
