abstract = {Este artículo analiza aquellas prácticas de disconformidad y desobediencia protagonizadas por
los menores de la posguerra franquista en los espacios en que transcurrió su cotidianeidad. La
investigación subraya que, más allá de su condición de víctimas del hambre y la violencia, los
niños de los años cuarenta fueron actores sociales que se mostraron resilientes y obstinados en
el contexto adverso en que transcurrió su infancia. En la primera parte, se exploran las prácticas
de Eigensinn no necesariamente políticas que pusieron en marcha los menores de posguerra.
En la segunda parte, se analizan aquellas acciones de resistencia con connotaciones políticas
detrás de las cuales había chicos y chicas que no habían cumplido aún la mayoría de edad. A
partir de fuentes judiciales y desde la perspectiva de la historia social y de la vida cotidiana,
el artículo sostiene que estos comportamientos indóciles fueron posibles por las experiencias
de socialización de los menores durante la guerra civil e incluso durante la República; y que
contribuyeron a la supervivencia material y emocional tanto propia como familiar.},
abstract = {This article analyses the practices of nonconformity and disobedience carried out by minors in
Franco’s post-war period in the spaces in which they spent their everyday lives. The research
underlines that, beyond their condition as victims of hunger and violence, the children of the
1940s were social actors who were resilient and obstinate in the adverse context in which they
spent their childhood. The first part explores the not necessarily political Eigensinn practices
of post-war children. In the second part, those actions of resistance with political connotations
behind which there were boys and girls who had not yet come of age are analysed. Based on
judicial sources and from the perspective of social history and history of everyday life, the article argues that these unruly behaviours were made possible by the socialisation experiences
of minors during the civil war and even during the Republic, and that they contributed to the
material and emotional survival of both themselves and their families.},
