abstract = {En este trabajo se lleva a cabo un examen crítico de la regulación de la impugnación del recurso de suplicación en la Ley reguladora de la Jurisdicción Social, con especial atención a los nuevos contenidos del escrito de impugnación y su incidencia en la naturaleza jurídica de esta institución. Esta ley configura una figura híbrida o mixta, exclusiva del orden jurisdiccional social -entre las dos actitudes que puede adoptar la parte recurrida frente a la apelación civil: la oposición al recurso y la impugnación de la resolución recurrida (“adhesión” a la apelación)-, cuya utilización en la práctica judicial origina importantes dificultades respecto a la determinación de su contenido y límites, que son objeto de un detenido análisis.},
abstract = {In this paper a critical examination of the regulation of the challenging the appeal in supplication in the Law regulating the Social Jurisdiction is carried out, with special attention to the new contents of the written statement challenging the appeal and its incidence in the legal nature of this institution. This law forms a hybrid or mixed figure, exclusive of the social jurisdiction between the two attitudes that can be adopted by the respondent against the civil appeal: contesting the appeal and challenging the judgment subject to appeal, whose use in judicial practice causes significant difficulties regarding the determination of its content and limits, which are subject to careful analysis.},
