abstract = {The analysis of various levels of specialization in thematic competencies highlights their
significant impact on the coherence and adequacy of legal translations. A thorough understanding
of legal contexts, as well as linguistic subtleties, is essential for translators to produce texts that
comply with the requirements of the relevant legal systems. The development of a legal
translation competence model, incorporating interdisciplinary methodologies, underscores the
necessity of orienting translator training towards the intrinsic relationship between legal
knowledge and translation techniques. Furthermore, the assessment of translation quality should
be based on functional criteria, thereby ensuring a systematic approach aimed at reducing the
inherent gaps in the translation process. Consequently, it appears that fostering increased
specialization could substantially enhance the quality of legal translations. This approach requires
not only rigorous linguistic proficiency but also an in-depth knowledge of the relevant legal
systems, in order to ensure the precise and appropriate translation of complex legal documents.},

textes conformes aux exigences des systèmes juridiques en vigueur. La création d'un
modèle de compétence en traduction juridique, intégrant des méthodologies
