abstract = {The objective of this research is to categorize the historical sequence of LGTBI public monuments, identifying their main formal, material and iconographic characteristics. This is a phenomenon that began to develop since 1980s and it is currently at its apogee. To configure the work, we have been studied more than forty monuments dedicated to people or historical moments of the LGTBI community, scattered across various countries. Among the conclusions obtained, a reiteration of iconographic models through the time and space has been confirmed.},
abstract = {La presente investigación tiene como objetivo categorizar la secuencia histórica de monumento público LGTBI, identificando sus principales características formales, materiales e iconográficas. Se trata de un fenómeno que comienza a desarrollarse a partir de los años 80 y que en la actualidad se encuentra en apogeo. Para la configuración del estudio se han estudiado más de cuarenta monumentos dedicados a personas o momentos históricos del colectivo LGTBI, repartidos por diversos países. Entre las conclusiones obtenidas, se ha constatado una reiteración de los modelos iconográficos a lo largo del tiempo y el espacio.},
