In the African holdings of the Museum of Archaeology of Tenerife, some pieces remain of the tribe Yoruba of Nigeria. Beginning with the study from one from the anthropomorphic figures, we analyse the point to which we can place the sculpture into an art or as anthropologic framework, and we raise the dichotomy between art and what is not art.
