Estudio clínico e histológico de los nevus pigmentocelulares

Realizamos una revisión de las historias clínicas e informes dermopatológicos de nevus pigmentocelulares congénitos adquiridos y nevus de spitz y allen del departamento de dermatología y anatomía patológica del hospital clínico de la facultad de medicina de granada, durante un periodo de diez años. encontramos 884 casos, de los cuales 24 eran nevus congénitos, 19 nevus de spitz y allen, 9 nevus displásicos y el resto adquiridos aplicamos para realizar este estudio un protocolo clínico e histológico que en el caso de los nevus que presentaban algún tipo de atipia nuclear de los melanocitos fue diferente realizamos un estudio estadístico para comprobar si existía o no asociación entre las distintas variables estudiadas en los nevus congénitos y adquiridos, como todas las variables eran categorías se utilizaron dos tipos de test si la tabla era de dos por dos el test exacto de Fisher y si era de dimensiones superiores el estadístico chi cuadrado. También realizamos una comparación entre nevus congénitos, adquiridos y las distintas variables clínicas e histológicas de los resultados obtenidos al aplicar los diferentes test estadísticos se concluyeron una serie de perfiles para cada uno de los nevus estos resultados los confrontamos con los conocimientos clásicamente admitidos.
