El desarrollo del presente estudio aborda los siguientes objetivos: (i)Identificación de la caracterización arquitectónica y constructiva –según criterios de la norma UNE 41805- mínimas necesarias para el desarrollo de un plan de emergencia en caso de sismo. (ii)Determinación de las características del sismo más desfavorable en la ciudad de Granada en base a parámetros históricos y estadísticos. (iii) Generación de una base de datos recogiendo los niveles de vulnerabilidad sísmica de los 56 edificios de la avenida aplicado el método del Índice de Vulnerabilidad propuesto por el Proyecto Risk-UE. (iv) Reconocimiento y evaluación de la idoneidad de aplicación del método del “índice de vulnerabilidad del proyecto Risk-UE en los planes de emergencia sísmica de los planes provinciales”. Caso de Granada. (v) Representación figurativa del escenario de daños de la Gran Vía como arteria principal de evacuación de la zona centro de Granada.
