The binary comparison method is a multivariate technique based on multidimensional scaling comparison of objects or stimuli, although it is rarely used. The aim of this research is to show the utility of this method to assess some of the problems of the teaching and learning of Experimental Sciences by Preservice Science Teachers, in the context of the new Master of Secondary Education. The findings show the possibilities of the used method in order to become in project planning for Preservice Teachers.
