abstract = {El objetivo de este artículo es presentar el perfil académico y profesional del profesorado que
imparte el módulo de Formación y Orientación Laboral, para ello se mostrarán datos de un
estudio (Sanjuán, 2008) realizado durante el curso académico 2006-2007 en los centros públicos
de Galicia. Mostraremos cual fue la formación inicial y la formación en servicio de este
profesorado, las diferencias en el nivel de cualificación y en la especialidad; además, veremos el
voluntarismo al que estuvo sujeta su formación pedagógica y, por último, comprobaremos cómo
la formación en servicio tiene un seguimiento desigual.},
abstract = {The aim of this paper is to present the academic and professional profile for teachers of
Training Module and Employment Guidance, for that we will display data from a study (Sanjuán,
2008) that was carried out during the academic year 2006-2007 in the public schools in Galicia.
We will show how was the initial and in-service training of the teachers, differences in the level
of qualification and specialty; also, we analyze the voluntarism that was subject to their
teacher training and, finally, we shall see how in-service training has a different treatment.
