abstract = {Los procesos creativos del cine y de la arquitectura son similares. Buscan un mismo objetivo, transmitir un mensaje, comunicar una idea y trascender más allá de su espacio–tiempo, pero más allá de las similitudes estructurales, entre uno y otra existe una relación profunda. Bruno Zevi decía que la esencia de la arquitectura es el espacio y que para representarlo es necesario hacer infinitas perspectivas desde innumerables puntos de vista. El cine parece ser un medio perfecto para descubrir y mostrar ese espacio arquitectónico. 

Aunque la historia del cine es relativamente corta,  son muchos los enfoques temáticos, teóricos y metodológicos que han sido desarrollados para tratar de explicar el hecho cinematográfico, su esencia y funcionamiento, el metalenguaje de la imagen fílmica. En este artículo repasaremos los planteamientos teóricos de Dziga Vertov y Sergei Eisenstein en torno al concepto de montaje cinematográfico y exploraremos su posible aplicación al proceso ideatorio de la arquitectura.},
abstract = {Creative processes in filmmaking and architecture are similar. Their objective is the same: to convey a message, communicate an idea and transcend beyond their space-time, however in addition to their structural simliarities, there is a profound link between each other. Bruno Zevi stated that the essence of architecture is the space and in order to represent that, it becomes necessary to make endless perspectives from numerous viewpoints. Filmmaking seems to be the perfect tool to discover and depict that architectonic space. Although filmmaking history is not quite long, many are the theme, theoretical and methodological approaches that have been developed to try to explain the cinematographic activity, its essence and operation, the metalanguage of the filmic image. In this article, we will review Dziga Vertov's and Sergei Eisenstenin's theoretical approaches with regard to the concept of cinematographic editing and find out their possible application to the ideatorio process of architecture.},
