ABSTRACT: This monography addresses a full analysis of the duty of accountability within the Spanish Tax Law and the relationship between tax and accounting rules. This study is structured starting from its nature as a duty tax, which aims to assist the work of checking the Administration, to further analyzing its development in the different taxes and the consequences arising of its default. In Tax Law, the mission of accounting obligations is logging data to estimate taxable income and, therefore, the inaccuracies and falsehoods in accounting will have their direct impact on tax payment, hence the importance of verification by the tax authorities for sanctioning noncompliance. Defects of duty are called accounting anomalies, and they are regulated by the Tax law in different figures, such as tax infractions, accounting crime and indirect estimation of bases, from different sanctioning consequences. 2012-07-09T10:25:54Z 2012-07-09T10:25:54Z 2001-12 info:eu-repo/semantics/book GARCIA-TORRES FERNANDEZ, M.J.: El deber de contabilidad en Derecho Tributario.
