Un caso que inicialmente se presenta como una serie más de delaciones referentes a hechicería y brujería remitidas a la Inquisición de Logroño desde Bilbao entre finales del siglo XVII y principios del XVIII, nos permite analizar cómo la sociedad contempló y usó la jurisdicción inquisitorial como un espacio más de obtención de beneficios de carácter particular, así como cuál fue la posición de la institución inquisitorial frente a ello. This article deals with the social use of the inquisitorial jurisdiction.
