Abstract

El presente artículo parte del nuevo “malestar en la cultura” que nos azota para indagar, en virtud de la imagen científico-técnica del mundo en Heidegger, sus facciones morbosas en el sistema global de información. En primer lugar, exponemos su concepción de la técnica como núcleo ontológico de nuestra época y, por ende, germen de la decadencia, ya que el desarrollo ulterior del asunto se sigue de este marco teórico. En segundo lugar, ponemos de manifiesto, en debate con la tradición posheideggeriana y otras corrientes actuales, el alcance a nivel planetario de su crítica en la praxis comunicativa, mediante un estudio interdisciplinar del “bombardeo semiótico” a cargo de las NTIC que contempla la humanidad en términos de desarraigo y errancia.

The present article starts from the new “uneasiness in culture” affecting us, in order to investigate, according to Heidegger’s scientific-technical world view, its morbid face in the global information system. In the first place, we put forward his view of technique as the ontological core of our age and, consequently, as the root cause of decadence, since further development of this matter follows from this theoretical frame. In the second place, we highlight, in contrast with post-Heideggerian tradition and other present trends, the scope on a world-wide scale of his criticism of communicative praxis, by means of an interdisciplinary study of “semiotic bombardment” on the part of NICT, that considers humanity in terms of uprooting and wandering.
