dc.description.abstractMediante este Trabajo Fin de Grado, y a través de una extensa revisión bibliográfica, en primer lugar, se pretende acercar al lector al campo del Trastorno del Espectro Autista (TEA) y de las Terapias Asistidas con Animales (TAA), las cuales son una novedosa alternativa terapéutica muy efectiva, y aplicable tanto a niños como a adultos, ya sea en el ámbito educativo o en el clínico. En segundo lugar, este trabajo persigue demostrar los efectos terapéuticos que se obtienen cuando se aplica una TAA, en este caso, una Terapia Asistida con Perros (TAP) en alumnado con TEA y evidenciar que puede ser utilizada como complemento a cualquier tipo de tratamiento, destacando la gran y desconocida importancia de ésta en la vida de los alumnos/as que padecen este trastorno, además de mejorar las distintas áreas del TEA y demostrar los extensos beneficios, aportes y mejoras que los perros son capaces de producirles. dc.description.abstractWith this Final Degree Project, and through an extensive literature review, firstly, it tries to bring the reader to the field of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and the Animal-Assisted Therapy (AAT), which are novel therapeutic alternative very effective and applicable to both children and adults, whether in the academic as in the clinical field. Secondly, this work goes after to demonstrate the therapeutic effects that are obtained when we applying a AAT, in this case, a Dog-Assisted Therapy on students with ASD, and to demonstrate that it can be used as a complement to any type of treatment, be outlined the great and unknown importance in the lives of the students who suffer from this disorder, besides to improve the different areas of the ASD and to demonstrate the extensive benefits, contributions and improvements that dogs are capable to produce.es_ES
