Comprensión y convalecencia: por una crítica existencial del nihilismo patológico

Abstract

El artículo intenta mostrar que las condiciones de la comprensión, tal y como Gadamer las ha investigado, pueden ser interpretadas como condiciones de la salud. La salud no es considerada en el ensayo como un estado meramente anímico o psicológico, sino como un rasgo de la existencia en un sentido ontológico. El texto comienza situando la originalidad de la perspectiva gadameriana por contraste con la concepción del oponente (ilustrada). A continuación indaga el nexo entre comprensión y salud. Finalmente intenta mostrar que una concepción ontológico-existencial de la salud puede hacerse eficaz para interpretar el sentido de ese nihilismo que, según Nietzsche y Heidegger, se ha adueñado de Occidente.

The article try to show that the conditions of understanding (as Gadamer has researched) can be interpreted as health conditions. Health is not considered in the essay as a psychic or psychological state, but as a feature of existence in an ontological sense. The text begins by placing the originality of Gadamer's perspective in contrast to the conception of the opponent (illustrated). Then explores the link between understanding and health. Finally attempts to show that ontological-existential concept of health can be effective in interpreting the meaning of that nihilism that has appropriated the West and Nietzsche and Heidegger been diagnosed.
