Pedagogía crítica, una propuesta educativa para la transformación social

Abstract

Este texto pretende ofrecer una visión global de la situación actual, y de algunas de las necesidades que de ella se derivan, basadas fundamentalmente en los desajustes que han surgido de la globalización, y que cada vez generan mayores diferencias sociales. De aquí surgen varias necesidades, y como respuesta este artículo propone una alternativa que toma como pilar fundamental la educación, esta alternativa es la pedagogía crítica, cuyo objetivo fundamental es el de la transformación social. Cada vez son más los grupos que se preocupan por el cambio, y que dejan de manifiesto la necesidad de transformar la realidad. Poco a poco van apareciendo nuevas formas de hacer política, a través de la organización colectiva, principalmente se podría destacar la aparición de los nuevos movimientos sociales. Resulta fundamental resaltar el papel que la educación juega dentro de la organización y las formas de actuación de estos movimiento.

This text tries to give a global perspective about both the present situation and some of the necessities which derive from it, they are based on the imbalances which have arisen of the globalization, and generate socials differences every times. From this perspective appears several necessities, and as answer to this problem, this article suggests an alternative which takes the education as principal mainstay. This alternative is the critical pedagogy, whose main objective is the social transformation. Every time there are more groups which are worried about the change, and they show the necessity to transform the reality. Little by little new forms to do politics are appearing, by the collective organization. Therefore the most important is the creation of the new socials movements. It is essential to emphasize the role that education has into the organization and the action forms of these movement.
