Title: Transference, or identity theories of causation?
Authors: García-Encinas, María José
Issue Date: 2004
Abstract: I argue that transference is, ultimately, (non-relational) identity over time, and that (non-relational) identity over time can't possibly be causation. Transference, then, fails as an analysis of causation.
