Las redes holónicas y el desarrollo institucional: la reestrucutración de los centros (estructuras multifuncionales polivalentes) como necesidad para responder a la diversidad

Abstract

Los centros educativos actuales, mientras permanezcan aislados, son incapaces de responder a las demandas socio–educativas del entorno. En la sociedad del conocimiento es necesario replantearse los perfiles profesionales del profesorado, la consolidación de la tutoría como eje de funcionamiento de los centros, las estructuras de apoyo y asesoramiento al profesorado y una dirección profesional capaz de integrar al centro en otras redes y estructuras de carácter holónico. Estas redes están formadas por diversas organizaciones que se unen y colaboran entre sí, desde su especificidad, características diferenciales, especialización y autonomía. De este modo este trabajo pasa repaso a las nuevas demandas, describiendo nuevas realidades y funciones, perfiles y estructuras polivalentes de reconversión. Seguidamente apuesta por una ruptura de los círculos de la cultura de la calidad para la desigualdad y el desarrollo de un nuevo modelo de desarrollo institucional en redes holónicas.

The actual schools, while stay isolated, they are unable to answering to the socio-educational demands of the environment. In the society of the knowledge is necessary be replanted the professional profiles of the professorship, the consolidation of the tutorship as operation shaft of the schools, you format them of support and advice to the professorship and a capable professional address of integrating to the school in other networks and you format of holonic character. These networks are formed by various organisations that are bound and collaborated mutually, from their specificy, differential features, specialisation and autonomy. Of this mode this work passes revision to new demands, describing new realities and features, profiles and polyvalues strutures of rationalisation. Subsequently it bets by a break of the circles of the culture of the quality for the inequality and the development of a new institutional development model in holonics networks.
