Barbero, Ludmila
aspectos reprimidos.; The poem “Cuando nació apareció el lobo” by the Uruguayan author
Marosa di Giorgio (1935-2004), first was published in the book La falena in 1987; it was
recited by Di Giorgio in a reading and recorded by the Ayuí label; later, it became a videofiction
directed by Eduardo “Pincho” Casanova in 1989. We are interested in focusing on the
performed and recited of the Di Giorgio readings for these three versions of the same poem
and rewriting of “Little Red Riding Hood”. We also investigate how these adaptations open
new hermeneutical possibilities about the “original”. The specific languages of the declaimed
poem and the audiovisual media often discuss the written word: they can highlight certain
zones, hide meanings, or reveal what is repressed.

mediación de Chitarroni en la legitimación y difusión de otras estéticas excéntricas.; The aim of this article is to examine the patterns of eccentricity shown in
the short stories book La noche politeísta (2019), by the Argentinean author Luis Chitarroni.
From an interdisciplinary framework, it is focused on both textual analysis, and sociological
criticism on “World literature” studies, which approach the concept of “eccentric literature”.
The first section of the essay begins by exposing some of literary devices which deconstruct
Western literary canons, audience's horizon of expectations, and build an autofictional
relationship through characterizations of “failure writers” or fictional cultural agents in these
short stories. Then it sets out the relations among these literary techniques and the ways of
production, circulation, and reception of independent publishing houses. Finally, the paper
argues that Chitarroni's literary agency also plays a role in the circulation and legitimization
of other eccentric works.

climático” (2021a), de Carrión.; With the literary movements of McOndo, in the context of Latin America,
and the New Spanish Narrative, in the context of Spain, a group of Hispanic authors are
trying to retrace traditional paths such as those established by canonical expressions like the
Latin American Boom and, thus, find new literary aesthetics that are more in accordance
with the different realities of the 21st century. Two writers representative of both contexts
are the Bolivian-American Edmundo Paz Soldán and the Spaniard Jorge Carrión who create
with their exocanonical works an alternative “canon” of apocalyptic creations on disturbing
themes such as pandemics, digital virality or environmental destruction. After outlining the
specific contexts in which both authors are inscribed, we analyze and compare three different
texts by each of them in order to bear witness to a new Hispanic apocalyptic: Allá afuera hay
monstruos (2021), La vía del futuro (2021) and La mirada de las plantas (2022) by Paz Soldán and Lo viral (2020), Membrana (2021b) and “El ecocidio: un arma contra el cambio climático”
(2021a) by Carrión.

A través
genre capable of reflecting with intensity and depth many of the problems that are depicted
to us in the world in which we live. History, as one of the basic frameworks of our
contemporary societies, not only represents the institutionalized memory we have about the
past, but also an instrument of great value when it comes to understanding and facing both
our future and our present. Through the analysis of the treatment of the historiographical
narrative in the adaptation of the work of Isaac Asimov made in the television series The
Foundation (Goyer & Friedman, 2021), in this work we intend to approach the vicissitudes
and complexities of the historical account, and face the treatment of its subjectivity which
has been carried out from fiction.
