abstract = {El artículo problematiza desde el campo del patrimonio cultural las
representaciones de campo y campesino elaboradas en la música
carranguera, propia de la región central colombiana, con el objetivo de
identificar variaciones y continuidades en la transmisión de esta tradición
musical. Desde un análisis narrativo recurre a un corpus de líricas
compuestas por intérpretes contemporáneos para identificar temas
recurrentes en las canciones y las elaboraciones que sobre los mismos
se construyen produciendo representaciones en torno a la identidad
campesina, el territorio y su universo de significación. Concluye que, a
pesar de movilizar ideas elaboradas por élites modernistas de inicio del
siglo XX sobre el campesinado como un ser desprovisto, falto de voluntad
y sumido en el subdesarrollo, existen líneas de fuga que confrontan
tales narrativas desde la idea de un campesino digno, cuidador de la
naturaleza, preocupado por las problemáticas del país y que reclama una
posición como parte de la historia oficial colombiana.},
abstract = {The article questions, from the field of cultural heritage, the representations
of the countryside and peasants made from the Carranguera music typical
of the central Colombian region with the aim of identifying variations and
continuities in the transmission of this musical tradition. From a narrative
analysis, it resorts to a corpus of lyrics composed by contemporary
performers to identify recurring themes in the songs and the elaborations
that are built on them, producing representations around the peasant
identity, the territory and its universe of significance. It concludes that,
despite mobilizing ideas elaborated by modernist elites at the beginning
of the 20th century about the peasantry as a deprived, unwilling and
underdeveloped being, there are lines of flight that confront such
narratives from the idea of a dignified peasant, caretaker of nature,
concerned about the problems of the country and claiming a position as
part of the official Colombian history.},
