abstract = {Este artículo examina y analiza la producción científica tanto en la literatura científica, como el uso
público que se ha realizado del Programa para la Evaluación Internacional de los Estudiantes (PISA)
desarrollado por la OCDE. En concreto, comprueba qué influencia ha tenido PISA en la literatura
científica desde su creación y ello se verifica a través de las publicaciones halladas a través de la
Web of Science (WoS) de Thomson-Scientific, que incluye diversas bases de datos: Science Citation
Index (SCI), Social Sciences Citation Index (SSCI) y Arts & Humanities Citation Index, (AHCI) de
Thomson Reuters así como en Scopus de Elsevier. También incide sobre la presencia de PISA en los
cada vez más utilizados motores de búsqueda de cuarta generación como Google Scholar, de carácter
abierto y gratuito.
Al mismo tiempo, pretende comprobar la resonancia que tiene en la prensa diaria y su impacto
mediático mundial que ha originado la publicación del último informe PISA (2009) en los principales
diarios españoles e internacionales.},
abstract = {This article examines and analyzes the scientific production of the scientific literature about the
Programme for International Student Assessment (PISA) developed by the OECD. We have analyzed
the literature appeared in the last decade as well as the public use PISA as it has been appearing
in international newspapers and other media. In particular, it is analyzed what influence has had
PISA in the scientific literature since its creation and it is verified through several publications
found in the Web of Science (WoS) of Thomson-Scientific (which includes several databases:
Science Citation Index (SCI), Social Sciences Citation Index (SSCI) and Arts & Humanities Citation
Index (AHCI)) and the Elsevier Scopus database. In addition, search motors of fourth generation
like Google Scholar, open and free, were also used. Finally, it has been assessed the resonance of
PISA in the daily press and worldwide media.},
